This Is How To Release Fear ~ 2003

This piece began after finding a an old semi-truck horn. The concept came after reading James Twyman's The Emissary of Light, where he recounts a method of releasing fear via the heart. The musical notes imply that even though fear is being released, it is still making music - much like how some people are known to sing or whistle to themselves while walking down a dark and menacing street or wooded path.
